SEKO Brand Chemical dosing pump is a type of positive displacement pump designed to inject a precise amount of chemical or liquid additive into a process stream. It is commonly used in water treatment, wastewater treatment, chemical processing, food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, and power plants.

Key Features:

• Accuracy & Control – Delivers a fixed or adjustable flow rate.
• Corrosion Resistance – Made from materials like PP, PVDF, or SS to handle aggressive chemicals.
• Automation Ready – Can be connected with pH/ORP/flow sensors for automatic dosing.

Types of Dosing Pumps:

• Diaphragm (Solenoid or Motor-driven)
      o Most common in water treatment.
      o Provides accurate dosing and chemical compatibility.

Typical Flow & Pressure Range:

• Flow rate: 0.5 LPH to 500 LPH (lab scale to industrial scale).
• Pressure: Up to 10 bar for diaphragm type

Applications:


• Chlorine dosing for disinfection.
• Acid/alkali dosing for pH correction.
• Coagulant and flocculant dosing in water treatment.
